Pomegranate Bourbon Smash
The bourbon smash gets a winter cocktail makeover thanks to antioxidant rich POM pomegranate juice.

Servings: 1 Cocktail
- 2 oz. John AP Conoley Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. real maple syrup
- 3/4 oz. POM pomegranate juice
- 1/2 lemon cubed
- 5 mint leaves
- club soda
Add lemon, maple syrup and mint to shaker and gently muddle.
Add ice and bourbon to shaker and vigorously shake.
Strain cocktail into a rocks glass with ice.
Top with club soda to liking.
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.
