Trim tops of strawberries and place in container filled with vodka. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Make sure to rotate strawberries halfway through the soaking time. It’s important that you refrigerate while soaking to ensure the strawberries don’t get overly soft or turn colors.
Drain strawberries. Make sure to dry them well.
Place white chocolate chips and oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Dip strawberries in chocolate and sprinkle with blue sprinkles. Place on a wax paper lined plate to set.
Refrigerate until hardened (roughly 15 minutes)
