JAPC Bourbon Marinade [Makes 1 Gallon]

Ingredients

  • - 5oz JAPC Bourbon
  • - 1 Gallon Dark Apple Cider Vinegar
  • - 2/3 Cup Black Pepper
  • - 1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes
  • - 5lbs Dark Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat up all of the ingredients but the bourbon in
  • a large pot & super saturate. Cook at a low boil for
  • 2 -4 hours. Taste & determine if you need more of a
  • certain ingredient [to your taste]. Right before use, add
  • the JAPC Bourbon and mix.
