JAPC Bourbon Marinade [Makes 1 Gallon]
Ingredients
- 5oz JAPC Bourbon
- 1 Gallon Dark Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2/3 Cup Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes
- 5lbs Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
Heat up all of the ingredients but the bourbon in
a large pot & super saturate. Cook at a low boil for
2 -4 hours. Taste & determine if you need more of a
certain ingredient [to your taste]. Right before use, add
the JAPC Bourbon and mix.
