Today, we talk about a delicious favorite, the mojito, made with grapefruit! The Grapefruit Mojito is served ice cold and is sure to be the most refreshing poolside (or beachside or lakeside) cocktail this summer.
JNM White Rum
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz JNM White Rum
- 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice or two grapefruit wedges
- 2 lime wedges
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 grapefruit slice and a sprig of mint for garnishing
- Top off with lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves, lime wedges, and your grapefruit in a shaker. Add a scoop of ice. Add John Newland Maffitt White Rum and then shake well. Pour into a highball glass and top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
