JAPC Bourbon Marinade [Makes 1 Gallon]
Ingredients
- – 5oz JAPC Bourbon
- – 1 Gallon Dark Apple Cider Vinegar
- – 2/3 Cup Black Pepper
- – 1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes
- – 5lbs Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Heat up all of the ingredients but the bourbon in
- a large pot & super saturate. Cook at a low boil for
- 2 -4 hours. Taste & determine if you need more of a
- certain ingredient [to your taste]. Right before use, add
- the JAPC Bourbon and mix.
