Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz. John AP Conoley Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 Sugar Cube
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. Soda Water
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
- 1/2 Orange Wedge
- Orange Peel (Garnish)
Instructions
- Add the sugar cube, orange wedge, bitters, and maraschino cherry in a cocktail
shaker. - Use a muddler to mash the ingredients in the cocktail shaker until the sugar dissolves. Then, let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the bourbon and a few ice cubes to the shaker and stir for roughly 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned or rocks glass with one large ice cube.
- Finish the cocktail off with 2 oz. of soda water and garnish with the orange peel.

- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth

Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and ice cubes to a shaker.
- Stir or gently shake.
- Strain cocktail into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with cherry and orange peel.

Boulevardier Cocktail
The “bool-ah-vard-ee-ayy” cocktail swaps whiskey for gin offering a twist on the Negroni.

- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

- 1/2 oz. real maple syrup
- 3/4 oz. POM pomegranate juice
- 1/2 lemon cubed
- 5 mint leaves
- club soda

- Add lemon, maple syrup and mint to shaker and gently muddle.
- Add ice and bourbon to shaker and vigorously shake.
- Strain cocktail into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with club soda to liking.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.

Winter Buck Cocktail
A “buck” is a traditional cocktail that contains three simple ingredients: a spirit, lemon or lime juice and ginger ale. The pear and cinnamon will mingle with the ginger to create a winter flavor experience.
Servings: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. John AP Conoley Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 tbsps. pear nectar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsps. ginger ale
- 1 tbsp. simple syrup
- cinnamon stick garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, pear nectar, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into a tall glass with ice.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick.
